Annual rally kicks off Child Abuse Prevention Month

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month and Richland County Children Services kicked off the month with a rally Monday at Graham Auto Mall. Dozens gathered for the annual event including government officials, law enforcement and third grade students from John Sherman Elementary School.
