RCCS Office Will Be Closed on July 22

The Richland County Children Services (RCCS) office, located at 731 Scholl Rd, will be CLOSED on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, due to scheduled work on a transformer by Ohio Edison, which will result in no electricity to the facility during this time.
During this temporary closure, RCCS wants to reassure the community: "We’re still here for you." While the physical office will not be accessible, staff remain available to respond to urgent needs and inquiries.
RCCS will be operating on after-hours emergencies only during the closure. For emergencies regarding the safety of a child, please call the 24/7 Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline at 419-774-4100.
Regular business operations will resume on Thursday, July 23rd at 8 a.m. RCCS apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciates the community's understanding.
