Richland County Children Services (RCCS) office is CLOSED on Tuesday, July 14th due to an unexpectant power outage. We’re still here for you. RCCS is operating on after hours emergencies only. For emergencies regarding the safety of a child please call our 24/7 Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline at 419-774-4100. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
