Richland County Children Services (RCCS) office is CLOSED on Monday, January 26th due to inclement weather conditions. RCCS is operating on after hours emergencies only. For emergencies regarding the safety of a child please call our 24/7 Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline at 419-774-4100.
