The Richland County Children Services Board's Executive Committee is empowered by the Board regularly to review with the Executive Director matters of agency operations and to transact business and act on emergencies between scheduled meetings of the board. This committee also reviews and approves the full Board meeting agenda prior to each regular Board meeting.
