Never leave a child unattended inside a hot vehicle

North central Ohio temperatures remain blistering hot this week. Did you know that, on average, 37 children in the United States die from heat-related deaths each year after being trapped inside vehicles?

Even the best of parents or caregivers can unknowingly leave a sleeping baby in a car; and the end result can be injury or even death.

Please never leave children unattended in your vehicle for any length of time, but especially during the hot summer weather.
