Assistance sought in locating missing local teenager

Richland County Children Services seeks assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old boy.

Lucas West Jr., living with his grandparents in a Kinship case open with the agency, left the home on April 17.

Anyone with information about his location is asked to contact the Mansfield Police Department or the Richland County Sheriff's Department.
