RCCS looking for more foster homes, especially for teens

Richland County Children Services is in need of additional foster homes, especially for teens.

Successful candidates must be at least 21 years old, pass a criminal background check, complete a free training program and complete a home study.

Those who qualify may receive up to $1,705 per month per teen. Additional resources include mileage, clothing stipends and a YMCA family pass.
