Foster parent informational open house planned for tomorrow evening!

Local adults interested in learning about foster care and adoption are invited to attend a Richland County Children Services informational meeting Tuesday, Sept. 27.
The meeting will be from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Futty Learning Center at the agency, located at 731 Scholl Road.
“We are in need of new foster parents and this is a great way to learn more about the program,” said Carl Hunnell, the agency’s public information and community outreach supervisor.
“We will have agency staff members and current foster parents on hand to explain how it works and to answer any questions people may have."
