Foster parent recruitment topic for WMFD's "Focus on North Central Ohio"

Richland County Children Services program manager Nicole Foulks and foster care specialist Jason Kline today taped an episode of WMFD's "Focus on North Central Ohio" with host Doug Theaker. The 30-minute show focused on the growing need for foster parents in Richland County. The show airs on Monday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m. It will re-air on Sunday, Sept. 18, at 5 p.m.
